street noise limited selection
The initial impression was not great. i requested a room on a higher floor. the hotel put me on a lower level and i could hear street noise. breakfast was okay. the selection did not impress me. it felt a bit limited compared to what i expected from a hotel of this caliber.

A Stay with Some Minor Setbacks
birthday surprise really good care early closing twin beds
Daniela at reception give me the best birthday surprise. She give also really good care all time . Sam at the Tavern he makes the best cocktails in all hotel.
I found out the hotel pool closed early, 6 PM. I was really disappointed because I really wanted to use the pool for longer hours. My request for twin beds I. There were no twin beds available when I arrived.

friendly staff quick reaction excellent knowledge skyline view
i found the superior king room spacious. it had a fine view of the skyline. the staff was exceedingly friendly and quick. they reacted quickly to my requests. i found their knowledge of the area very excellent.
I noticed some dust in the room. soap bottles were almost empty. this minor issue did not greatly affect my stay. the breakfast selection could improve. The buffet had limited options.

the hotel location is convenient with easy access to local attractions. i easily found transportation options nearby. several restaurants and shops are a short distance from the hotel. this made exploring easy.

luxurious design helpful staff dusty areas empty bottles
the hotel lobby features a luxurious design, it made for a great first impression. also, the pool staff members were helpful, they assisted my daughter with swimming and offered baby life jackets.
The cleanliness was not up to par with my expectations. Certain areas in the room had dust. soap and lotion bottles were nearly empty, i had difficulty getting any product out.

lusail view tasty breakfast
the hotel is conveniently located near the pearl and lusail city providing easy access to explore the area the adjacent shopping mall is very practical for quick needs i particularly appreciated the views of lusail city skyscrapers from the higher floor room. breakfast was tasty. i was drawn to the hotel due to its attractive design evident in both the lobby and the room resembling artwork by hiroshi senju.
during my visit, i noticed that soap and lotion bottles were nearly empty making it difficult to use the fridge area also looked unclean these details slightly detracted from the overall quality of the stay. i think more attention to those details would improve the experience.

the breakfast offers many choices and high quality ingredients the pastries are not only tasty but also beautifully presented with detailed decorations this makes every morning meal special. there are several restaurants including a japanese one.

the staff is very polite patient and helpful always ready to assist guests with requests or questions the cleaning crew ensured the rooms are kept very clean and fresh with daily service. reception provided a very professional check in.

I particularly enjoyed the breakfast. MANY choices were available! The concierge arranged a desert trip, and it went smoothly. I had easy access to the cultural village and other key sites.
The minibar fridge was stocked, BUT some items had expired dates.

convenient location easy access really good security
I found the location quite convenient, with a shopping mall nearby. Getting around was simple thanks to the easy access to Uber and taxis. Security was definitely really good. The staff showed extreme attentiveness, which I really appreciated.
The room's cleanliness was not quite up to par. Some areas were dusty, and the fridge needed better cleaning. the soap and lotion bottles were nearly empty were nice.
